    这些减肥蔬菜 越吃越瘦

      过年时大家聚在一起,面对大鱼大肉,多半会胡吃海塞。等到年假一过,体型难免“强大”一圈。为了形象,那就多吃点可以减肥的蔬菜吧--

      西红柿,含有维生素和矿物质,可增强皮肤的弹性、柔韧度和色泽,对防止皮肤干裂和干燥有很好的作用。

      绿豆芽,含水分较多,被身体吸收后产生的热量少,不容易形成皮下脂肪。

      韭菜,含纤维多,有通便作用,能排出肠道中过多的营养。

      黄瓜,含有丙醇二酸,能抑制食物中的碳水化合物在体内转化为脂肪。

      白萝卜,含有芥子油等物质,能促进脂肪类物质更好地进行新陈代谢。

      冻豆腐,经常吃冻豆腐,可以吸收胃肠道及全身的脂肪,有利于脂肪的排泄,使体内积蓄的脂肪不断减少,由此达到减肥的目的。

      辣椒,辣椒中含有丰富的辣椒素,能促进脂肪代谢,并可溶解脂肪。

      冬瓜,冬瓜含的营养成分较少且能去掉体内过剩的脂肪,还具有较强的利尿通便作用。
